This policy explains, in plain language, what data Guidance plans to handle, why, and the choices you have. Guidance is an early-stage pilot product operated by MAVE Advisors LLC.

Who we are

MAVE Advisors LLC, a Wyoming, USA limited liability company, is the operator of Guidance and the party responsible for the data described here. For any privacy request, contact privacy@mave-advisors.com.

What data we plan to process

User-authorized wearable data that you choose to connect — for example sleep, heart rate / resting heart rate, stress, and Body Battery / readiness-type metrics (and HRV where available).
A short daily check-in you provide (how you feel, the load you expect).
Your evening feedback on whether a given day's guidance was useful.
Technical logs necessary to operate and secure the product.
The guidance shown to you and the daily decision to show a card or to stay silent.

Why we process it

To provide you with daily guidance.
To operate and improve the product during the pilot.
To respond to your support and privacy requests.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Garmin

Garmin Health API access is pending. No Garmin data is collected until an official integration exists and you authorize it. When it does, access would be read-only and limited to the data you explicitly authorize. We do not scrape and do not use unofficial methods.

What we do not collect

No calendar, contacts, or location data.
No messages or social-media data.
No payment data and no advertising profiles.

What you do not connect or enter, Guidance does not know.

Your rights and choices

Access / export: you can request a copy of the data stored about you.
Deletion: you can request deletion of your data; we offer an export first.

Honest limits

This is an early-stage pilot, not a finished product.
We describe only the protections that actually exist; we do not promise security or compliance guarantees we have not implemented.
Guidance is not a medical device and provides no diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or emergency support.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date shown above.
